Paintball girls exist and are more common than you might think. While paintball is often viewed as a masculine sport with the bulk of the players being masculine, there are many paintball girls who play and are involved with the sport in other ways.

Ron Smith and Parr Young, authors of the Paintballer’s Almanac, spent two years compiling the largest collection of paintball games in the world as a resource for paintball fans. Parr is an experienced innovator of paintball combat games, and Ron was one of the original promoters of slingshot paintball in the early '90s.
